Raquel Leviss, star of "Vanderpump Rules," enters a facility for mental health care

Vanderpump Rules star Raquel Leviss has enrolled in a mental health treatment facility, ET has learned.

A Leviss spokesman stated that "Raquel and her family determined that she would join a voluntary facility for mental health counselling before the relationship was uncovered."

According to her representative, Leviss had planned to speak up before the VPR reunion was captured on camera on March 23. She was meant to go to the pre-reunion, but she decided against it because she still needed to film. The production team at Bravo was aware of and supportive of her efforts to improve her mental health.

She is not receiving therapy for her drug addiction, claims Leviss' spokesman.

In an exclusive information to ET last month, Leviss addressed the topic and touched on her struggles amid claims that she had a months-long affair with Tom Sandoval when he was dating Ariana Madix.

She said: "I am thinking back on my decisions, talking to a therapist, and learning things about myself like my patterns of codependency and addiction to being and feeling loved." "I have prioritised the intimate connection over my friendships frequently and sought emotional validation through unhealthy intimate relationships without concern for my own well-being. I'm making efforts to better understand my behaviour and make better decisions.
