Following the birth of identical twins, Dani Dyer discloses baby names and endearing meanings

Dani Dyer has revealed the cute significance of her twin daughters' names.

The former Love Island champion announced the arrival of her daughters to her 3.7 million followers on May 22.

According to the Mirror, Dani, who has twin kids with Jarrod Bowen, her football player boyfriend, has said she named her twins Summer and Star.

She wrote: "Summer & Star. I posted a bunch of cute pics of my children in pink babygrows.

"This is our first week together, and we're loving every second of the baby bubble.

"It's been great watching Santi be a big brother; he has warmed my heart in ways I never expected, and he now has a big boy's sense of responsibility.

"My heart is so very full, and I'm so looking forward to our journey as a family of five."

Dani tweeted pictures of her babies wearing identical hats and rabbit babygrows to confirm the news of their arrival last week.

Santiago, the kid she and her ex-boyfriend Sammy Kimmence share, is already a proud parent of Dani.

As soon as he heard the news, her father Danny Dyer posted on Facebook, saying, "Can't stop smiling."

While adding sobbing emojis to her message, Molly-Mae Hague wrote: "Congratulations beautiful."

Congratulations to you everyone, Scarlett Moffatt continued, "Awww wow xxx."

Around five months ago, Dani shared a sweet snapshot of her kid along with the news that she was expecting twins.

Santiago held up a blackboard with the words "I'm going to be a big brother to twins" and two scans attached in the announcement post.

We have been keeping a small secret, Dani wrote at the time.

Our little TWINS. I can't wait to see Santi become the best big brother and meet our babies.

The greatest surprise of our lives, but we are SO grateful. Our family is expanding significantly, and we can't wait.
