Record Label Terminates Contract with Jimmie Allen Following Second Sexual Assault Allegation

Jimmy Allen has been officially fired by his record label after further allegations of sexual misconduct became public.

"BBR Music Group has terminated its relationship with Jimmy Allen," the country singer's label said in a statement to the media." He is no longer an active artist on its roster."

According to court documents obtained by the media, Allen is facing a second sexual assault accusation in less than a month, this time by a woman who sued Allen for assault and battery Friday in Tennessee District Court, alleging he filmed their sexual encounter without her consent.

The anonymous woman filed a police report in Las Vegas in July 2022 about the encounter, which allegedly occurred in May. In the document, Jane Doe alleges that Allen violated her privacy by secretly photographing her and also continued sexual contact with her after she withdrew her consent.

The allegations come on the heels of Allen being sued by his former manager for sexual assault and harassment last month. The woman, known as "Jane Doe," claims that the incident occurred during the year and a half that she served as Allen's day-to-day manager.

In a report published by Variety, the woman claims that during a business trip to Los Angeles in March 2021, Allen raped her after she appeared as a celebrity guest on American Idol. After a business dinner and Idol taping, the woman woke up naked in her hotel room in pain and bleeding, claiming she remembered nothing of what had happened the night before. The woman claims that Allen, who was lying next to her in bed, told her to take the Plan B pill. She claims that she lost her virginity of her own volition.

In a statement to the media through his lawyer, Allen vehemently denied the initial allegations and claimed the relationship was consensual. He also publicly apologized to his estranged wife, Alexis Gayle, and informed her that the couple is separated and that they are expecting their third child together.

Allen's statement read, "It is deeply troubling and hurtful that someone I counted as one of my closest friends, colleagues, and confidants would make allegations that are completely untrue." 'We acknowledge a sexual relationship that lasted nearly two years. During that time, she never once accused me of anything and told me that our relationship and friendship was something she wanted to continue forever."

The statement continued, "After things ended between us, she hired a lawyer to contact me and demand money, which raises questions about her motives. The simple fact is that her accusations are not only false but also very damaging. I have worked incredibly hard to build my career and will vigorously defend myself against her claims and take whatever legal action is necessary to protect my reputation.

After the woman filed her lawsuit, Allen was removed from the lineup of the upcoming CMA Fest and suspended by her agency, UTA.

In a statement released to the media on June 9, Elizabeth Fegan, who is representing Jane Doe in her lawsuit against the two Allens, said, "Since Jane Doe filed her lawsuit last month, we have heard from others who share similar experiences. "Jane Doe 2's lawsuit shows me that there is a vivid and clear pattern of behavior. We intend to show that it is a pattern of deception, manipulation, and ultimately force."

"The law is clear - anyone who has given consent for sexual activity has the right and ability to revoke consent at any time." The statement continued." Just as a no is a no, a stop is a stop. If one participant does not stop, it is sexual assault."
