With her new job, DiPiero will nurture the existing writers and catalogue while signing and developing songwriters and producers. Guerini will oversee JGP's aspirations to increase its overall Nashville presence through catalogue purchases, recordings, and sync chances.

"Leslie has earned the respect of our community," said Guerini. "our community is founded on years of unwavering honesty and enthusiasm for songwriters and artists. We are happy to have her lead Jonas Group Publishing because of her unmatched interpersonal, creative, and business skills.
