One Direction reunion is reportedly Liam Payne's top priority

Apparently, Payne has been trying to get in touch with former bandmates Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, Louis Tomlinson, and Zayn Malik, though he is unsure if he has "burnt his bridges" with Malik.

Liam Payne is Desperate For One Direction Reunion

The news comes after Payne and Tomlinson's reunion at the London premiere of his documentary All Of Those Voices. According to a source, Payne is keen to reunite with One Direction because his solo career hasn't been as successful as he'd planned, and he thinks a reunion is the only way to win back his fans.

Nevertheless, Payne's recent contentious comments on Logan Paul's podcast have soured his friendship with his former bandmates.

One Direction fans were furious with the star last year after he claimed that the band was founded around him and that his first song outsold that of his colleagues, a claim that was refuted by the audience.

He further damaged his reputation by calling Malik a "d*ck," expressing his distaste for Malik, and asserting that he and Tomlinson harboured animosity towards one another while they were members of One Direction.

Payne has expressed regret for his earlier remarks and made efforts to make amends with his former bandmates in spite of the unfavourable response. Payne said he had a "chip on my shoulder" and "took it out on everyone else" and apologised for his comments. He added that he "loves my boys" and hopes they will eventually forgive him.
